well, damn… that was refreshing….
So, I called BCN this morning regarding the ridiculous bill we received on Saturday…I apologized up front, explained the situation, and the woman who took care of the situation could not have been nicer. She was really fantastic. They are going to change codes and re-submit everything… all will be taken care of. Now, there is a part of me that will believe it when I see it… But, she seemed to be telling me the truth. I also think i will be getting a reimbursement for the seaweed sticks we had to buy to dilate Katie with. . .
